Refund Policy

Lagnesh Pro is a digital product. Once a license key is issued and delivered, the purchase is non-refundable. Each AI question you ask incurs real compute costs, and the product cannot be "returned" in any meaningful sense.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We will issue a full refund only in the following cases:

• License key not received — If you completed payment but never received your license key by email within 24 hours, contact us and we'll either deliver the key or refund you in full.
• License key doesn't work — If your key fails to activate despite being valid and unused, and we cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours, you'll get a full refund.
• Duplicate charge — If you were accidentally charged twice for the same pack, we'll refund the duplicate immediately.
• Service outage — If the app is completely non-functional for more than 72 consecutive hours during your pack period due to a fault on our end, we'll issue a proportional refund or extend your question pack.

When We Will Not Issue a Refund

• You changed your mind after receiving a working license key
• You used one or more of your 30 Pro questions
• You forgot to use your questions before they expired (they don't expire, but this covers general inactivity)
• You purchased the wrong product or pack
• The chart calculations or AI readings didn't match your expectations — astrology is interpretive by nature

How to Request a Refund

Email info@lagnesh.app with your license key or payment ID and a description of the issue. We respond within 24 hours and process approved refunds within 3-5 business days via Dodo Payments.
